If you have a guarantor, please do not start separate applications. The primary applicant will be asked to add a guarantor during this process. If an occupant is 17 years of age at the time of application, but will be 18 years of age at move-in, the primary occupant can apply on their own but must have parents sign a parental consent form generated within the application.
